Captain Lucas

Lucas was a Captain of the Lead Service, known for his relaxed attitude and gargantuan moustache & Sideburn combination. He was involved in the newly reinstated field training exercises taking place in the Hub, and acted as a Chaperon for Meaney and Llewellyn on their first such exercise on July 6th, 2007. Unfortunately what should have been a routine task to return a transposed person to their native reality resulted in both the transposed man and Lucas being killed by Deadly Deadly Robots.

Lucas was fairly easy-going, perhaps even lazy. His JumpShip, the Flurry, was very poorly maintained and has several non-functional components. Arguably, Lucas is directly responsible for the predicament Meaney and Llewellyn are currently in, as it's his poor maintenance of the Flurry that has left them stranded in the Multiverse, unable to return to the Hub. He also had no problem divulging supposedly confidential information to the trainees, such as explaining the nature of Non-Multiversal variables.

He is named for Star Wars creator George Lucas, who has rather less impressive facial hair.
