Allen

Allen is the Chief Engineer aboard the unnamed cargo ship from the second issue, It Came From Space!. Tudyk speaks to him via internal ship communications.

At the end of the story, we learn that the crew are actually actors in a reenactment of the first contact between humanity and an alien species. Given that the reenactment happens aboard a spaceship, however, it's safe to assume that Allen is actually an Engineer of some description.

Allen is named after Tim Allen, who played Jason Nesmith in scifi-comedy film Galaxy Quest, and also voiced spaceman action-figure Buzz Lightyear in Toy Story.
