So you may have heard about the fires sweeping through California at the moment, and those of you with an even vague concern for the wellbeing of the most esteemed creator of Jump Leads (that's me) will be pleased to know that we live a fairly safe distance away from the bits of California that are currently aflame. We do have friends who live dangerously close to where the fires do pose a risk, and they've come down to stay with us until it's safe to go back home.
