Two wonderfully delicious items have rolled onto my web browser today and I would feel sickened to my very core were I to simply not tell you what they are before I head out for the weekend.

Firstly, I've just discovered via Dinosaur Comics a rather stupendously brilliant idea - December 8th is apparently Pretend to be a Time Traveler Day, which is a simply magnificent idea made perhaps a little easier by the second item, that being that the De Lorean may go back into production in the near future. It's conjured a rather dazzling yet expensive plan in my mind involving buying a DeLorean in time for December 8th and then spend the day driving around in suitably quasi-futuristic clothing, going up up random people and shouting, "You've gotta come back with me! Back... to the FUTURE!"

And then getting arrested! Fun times.

I was going to wait until Monday to share this, as I am about to embark on a weekend involving no less than one mountain, but to not do so would perhaps be sacrilege. Through that very same Pretend to be a Time Traveler Day thing, I have discovered a rather fantastic webcomic by the name of Dresden Codak, created by Aaron Diaz who actually suggested the Time Traveler day. It's fantastic, a sort of mesh of geek humour and pure, bloody-minded randomness. It's XKCD meets Truck Bearing Kibble meets VGCats, only that description doesn't really do it justice.
