Outpost Gallifrey, which has long been the source of Doctor Who news on the entire Internets, has announced it will be splintering off in four directions, into four entirely separate websites. The main site will continue to be the home of the LA-based Gallifrey One Convention, but the forum, the Web Guide and the News sections will be moving away to their own domains as entirely individual entities.
