I'm assuming "Fut patah" means "And then"?

Also, I'm guessing "Stat Crift" is "Star Craft," a term inherited from Captain MustacheFace?

I love how the one recognizable element in the drawing is the moustache. It must be preserved for generations to come!

A not very educated guess.. but..

"We first then say 'engage dampening matrix,' then say 'activate dimension field,' then say 'RELEASE,' then star ship appears.
Then people exit the Star Craft... Then say 'Captain!'"

Then in the third to the last panel..
"I don't understand, now what?"

Based on the repetition of "Fut Patah" it sounds like he's repeating instructions told to him, or giving the instructions to them.
